FREE USPS Priority Mail® Shipping applies to all online orders shipped in the U.S.

Takes approxiamtely 3 business days from the date order is entered into our system. Order processing takes place from Monday through Friday.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available on web orders placed before noon, CST, Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-417-SKIN.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason there will be a 25% restocking fee.

P.O. Boxes

Skintreatment.com cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box. APO/EPO orders will be shipped by Priority Mail.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, return the product within 30 days of online purchase date with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

Unfortunately and without exception we cannot accept returns on any skin care products that are more than 25% consumed.

Express Shipping and return shiping fees are not refundable on returns.

Powder cosmetics and sponges are not returnable

When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return.
