At Advanced Skin Treatment Center, Board Certified Dermatologist Dr. Elaine Cook and her trained nursing staff bring you the latest Cosmetic Dermatology procedures and treatments to give you the beautiful skin you've always wanted.

Elaine Cook, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist with 30 years of experience, the last 22 in cosmetic dermatology. She maintains a busy cosmetic dermatology practice at Advanced Skin Treatment Center and is President and founder of Dr. Elaine's Advanced Skin Treatment, a clinical skincare line sold online and in dermatologists' offices.

Dr. Cook graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a Doctor of Medicine with Special Distinction and is an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society member. Board-certified in both Dermatology and Pediatrics, she first completed a pediatric residency and then a dermatology residency at the University of Arizona and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University School of Medicine.

She is a member of the: American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatological Surgeons, American College of Phlebology, Texas Dermatological Association, Texas Medical Association, Potter-Randall County Medical Society, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Sarah Carlton, Business Manager: With over 10 years of experience in customer relations and an Associate in Business Management, Sarah helps keep our office on track. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

Janet Pritchett, Receptionist: Working in Dermatology for over 16 years and with Dr. Elaine since 2014. Janet graduated from Amarillo College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. She enjoys baking, sewing, and time camping with her family.

Brooklyn Roberts, RN: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M in 2020. She worked in labor and delivery before joining Dr. Elaine’s. Weekends with family, hiking and anything outdoors are how she enjoys spending her time off.

Jennifer Schenk, RN: Has over 15 years of experience as an RN and has been with Dr. Elaine since 2010. She graduated from Amarillo College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She enjoys shopping and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
