General Shipping Policies

Orders ship to all U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Free shipping applies to all U.S. orders over $75.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat $7.95 shipping fee.

Order processing and shipping take place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not accepted for any reason, a 25% restocking fee applies.

Returns

Money Back Guarantee

We believe in Dr. Elaine's skincare and want you to have the best possible experience, so we offer a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee (excluding shipping) if you are not happy. Once you return the Products to us at your own cost within 30 days of purchase and we receive them, we will process the refund.

To Qualify for Return

We cannot accept returns on any skin care products that have been used more than 25%. We reserve the right to determine the amount consumed.

Sets

When items are purchased as a set, we accept returns only for complete sets, not individual items.

Refunds due to damaged or missing products

If your skincare arrives damaged or with missing products, contact us at skincare@skintreatment.com for instructions.

Exchanges

We’re sorry, but we don’t currently offer exchanges.

How to Start a Return, or for Missing or Damaged Orders

To request a refund, email us at skincare@skintreatment.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line. Once your return is authorized, we will advise you of the process, including the return address to use.

If you return the Products under our Money Back Guarantee, you must do so at your own cost. You must return the Products within 14 days of contacting us about the return.

Except as set out in the policy above, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend packaging the products appropriately and using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.

General Refund Policies

All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return shipping fees are not refundable.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend sending your package via an insured and prepaid method.

If a promotional code was used at the time of purchase, the refund includes the prorated amount for each discounted item requested for return.

Your order will be refunded once it has been delivered to our fulfillment center. You will receive a refund confirmation by email as soon as it has been processed. Please note that it can take several days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Fraud and Abuse

If we suspect any fraudulent refund claims, we have the right to withhold any refund until you can prove the claim is genuine. If we suspect our money-back guarantee is being abused, for example, through multiple separate claims, we have the right to withhold any refund.
